Therefore, we avoid storing personal information locally in our own systems.
Data primarily get stored in the customer's own systems.
- The data stored in our systems can be e-mail addresses and some mail conversations to our mail accounts. These mail will be deleted as soon as they are answered.
- Documents that are required for our assignments will temporarily be stored under-protected system with login requirements and removed as soon as they no longer have a value for the business.
- Document related to projects is primarily stored in the customer's system.
- Some documents such as time reporting, appointment, etc. will be stored in our systems protected by a secure login.
These documents will be automatically deleted when they no longer have an active value for the business.
- Document with sensitive data according to GDPR is encrypted in this system if exist.
unSquared AB never sends information through other partners.
From there, you as a customer can be sure that your data is in good possession.
